You will be a part of energetic and passionate management team in Mobile Ecosystems where we focus on a full portfolio of products and keep a strong innovation focus for creating new type of financial service of the future.

The Mobile Ecosystems department counts approximately 110+ talented employees in Aarhus and Vilnius with 50/50 split across the strong IT sides. Our business partners are strongly positioned in Copenhagen and Helsinki.

You as a Development Manager will have the overall responsibility of 15-20 people team in our department in Vilnius as well a product and system delivery and operational responsibility in wider department context. We expect you to be Agile minded and able to handle various types of changes and ensure team under you is A type team.

Focus area:

• Responsible for a dedicated system portfolio and  deliveries of the department wide roadmap
• Active facilitation of  new talent attraction and existing team development with an ambition of keeping “A type” team
• Proactive drive of the development area to continuously develop the IT area, process and its employees
• Facilitation of key stakeholder dialogues related to the system and responsibility areas across teams in Mobile Ecosystems, Business and wider Danske Bank IT or external partners
• IT Management Team member and strong contribution in expanding MobilePay and its IT capabilities following strategic ambition

• Experience and a proven track record as a manager 
• Able to lead technological and organizational changes, sponsor and support fast moving IT product development teams at personal and management levels
• Good understanding of project management and other governance frameworks, Agile principles and how that convers to product development.
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent in English
• Proactive, positive, passionate and outspoken
• Strong “can do” attitude and persistent in achieving goals
• Agile minded and willing to constantly change while keeping all in great collaborative dialogue
• Enjoy working in strong teams that have international presence
