DIGITAL CHANNELS PRODUCT OWNER (F/M/D)

Digital team manages Ignitis company websites, self-service systems, chat and email marketing solutions across the Baltics, Poland, and Finland. Each month we receive more than 1.000.000 visitors in our digital channels, and we aim to make them happy.

Currently we are looking for Digital Channels Product Owner, who will be responsible for Ignitis renewable energy digital solutions to our current and potential clients.  Your key areas of responsibilities will be

• Transform the findings into hypothesis and suggestions on what to optimize in websites to increase conversion rates and decrease unnecessary client’s requests.
• Work with customer experience team to define mayor client frustration points and create improvements in our solutions.
• Together with team analyze user behavior based on Google Analytics and HotJar to define client stoppers.
• Manage the team to generate range of crazy, creative ideas to help us solve clients problem.
• Manage UI/UX colleagues in our team to build prototypes.
• Manage the end-to-end experimentation process including KPI selection and goals, A/B testing or live users tests, results measuring, learnings and iterations.
• Coordinate with development team new changes implementation.
• Represent results you achieved by changes to colleagues at Digital team and whole Ignitis group.
• Efectively manage digital channels budget.
• Your main KPI’s will be to increase leads via digital channel and decrease unnecessary requests, when clients were not able to find information on our website.  

• Have a higher education degree in engineering, computer science or business management.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in managing digital projects.
• Have digital thinking.
• Have excellent computer skills (MS Office).
• Are fluent in English language (oral and written communication).
• Are proactive and result-oriented.
