Digital Content Specialist

• Create and manage editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.
• Build and publish engaging and SEO friendly content, including websites, blog posts, social media posts and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and other stakeholders to ensure creation of visually appealing and multimedia -rich assets.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and make data -driven recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
• Manage and maintain content repositories, including assets & content management systems and ensure content is organized and easily accessible for future use.
• Manage first level support for market organizations and consult stakeholders in assets, content and website management,
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.

• 1-3 years of experience as a content manager or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field would be beneficial.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and/or marketing automation tool , basic knowledge of HTML could be beneficial
• An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance. Experience using analytics tools.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of content marketing & digital marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience's preferences,
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1700 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
