Job Description

In order to build one of the world’s largest money transfer networks, Strategic Staffing Solutions International client Western Union needs global operations that can deliver on that vision. The European Regional Operating Center (EUROC) – the largest Western Union (WU) site in the world focuses on driving real improvements through shorter lead times, decreasing costs and improving customer satisfaction. The EUROC also serves as a Centre of Excellence and hosts Anti Money Laundering Compliance, Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Digital Operations and Distribution amongst other functions.

Digital Marketing Analyst (CRM)

The Job
You will be part of the Western Union Global Digital marketing team and will support the global digital CRM function with end-to-end accountability for email marketing, including the management & optimization of campaigns, campaign reporting and monitoring and stakeholder management; and ensures the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers. You will assist in developing, planning and delivering all aspects of CRM testing strategies to ensure the most effective approach for the company, and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle that drives acquisition, retention and customer loyalty, implementing and optimizing the CRM customer journey lifecycle mapping and analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing acquisition and retention opportunities.

Requirements

About you
You have a University Degree plus relevant experience in a CRM or direct marketing role (with emphasis in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies), including email marketing, a solid, extensive skillset of marketing automation program management experience (tools such as Oracle Responsys, Exact Target, Adobe Campaign, etc.), HTML coding, list segmentation, list and database management, testing, evaluation and program effectiveness measurement. Also, you need to have spent time managing content, vendors and email deployment and have strong project and process management skills. You must possess a strong emphasis on an Omni channel approach and be able to articulate on strategic, technical and creative terms.
