Digital Marketing Assistant

The Digital Marketing Assistant role is to effectively support the wider business by completing tasks and deliverables detailed in a production brief. This is a great entry level role for someone looking to take their first steps into a digital marketing career. The Digital Marketing Assistant will be involve in supporting multiple products and departments, such as PPC, SEO, Social, Display, Conversion Analytics and Quality Assurance. This role will be supported by a robust training schedule. This role requires a strong desire to learn new skills for a large range of digital marketing channels.

Support operations and client services team with all requests relating to digital marketing campaigns. Independently manage and own allocated tasks and deliverables and ensure the campaign performs to KPIs. Keep manager and key stakeholders fully updated with all work carried out.

Industry:

• Interest and developing knowledge in digital marketing market.
• Proactive research into latest trends and techniques.

Optimisation & reporting:

• Ensure that all campaigns within team are delivering to target.
• Provide recommendations to make optimisations & implement.
• Deliver tasks and deliverables within set deadlines.
• Show understanding of strategic direction for campaign as briefed by comms / strategy / client servicing.
• Add relevant and perceptive insights and observations to weekly reports.
• Willingness to step in to solve problems.
• Setup and implement digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist their manager and product key stakeholders with researching and planning insightful campaigns.

Effective time and project management:

• Keep workflow process information up to date and correct for your tasks.

• Have a basic understanding of digital marketing
• Possess excellent English oral and written communication skills and ideal be exposed to other languages as well
