Position summary:

Seeking a Finance leader who will provide finance and business partnering leadership to the Vilnius site. Leading the site finance team and being the primary business partner for the Vilnius site leadership team. This position works closely with site operations management to develop and implement strategies to drive operation efficiency and improve quality and service levels for our customers. In addition, this role will partner with group controllership to ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting according to local reporting requirements.

 

How you will make an impact:

  • Support the site Vice President and leadership team to set and deliver the business plan and meet key operating & financial goals.
  • Strategic thought partner to the business with a focus on driving growth and value creation
  • Deliver valuable business analysis and models, as well as define and report meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead accurate business decision-making
  • Own the financial planning and reporting processes, including reporting, forecasts, and annual statements for the Vilnius site
  • Operate in strong alignment with the other supporting functions (i.e., Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, PPI, Procurement) to constantly improve the operational efficiency
  • Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with investment evaluation and decision-making with accurate and timely reporting and analysis of data
  • Lead the site’s annual operating plan process as well as play a fundamental role in developing the long-term Strategic Action Plans
  • Lead and drive process improvement, standardization, business transformation and productivity projects within finance and across functions.
  • Builds an environment and expectation of strong internal controls and adherence to company policies
  • Remove barriers to execution across processes
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a direct and matrixed staff and drive deployment of 4i values principles
  • Lead, develop and inspire the team to meet the business and Finance objectives

Reikalavimai

  • Strong business and industry knowledge with a history of business partnering as well as the ability to develop and implement robust financial processes to drive effective decisions.
  • Candidate will demonstrate expertise in the following areas: financial reporting, internal control, financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, project management, and technical accounting knowledge, within a large manufacturing organization
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build coalitions internally and with other departments, divisions, and business units, to achieve common goals
  • Ability to provide an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of others, facilitates cooperation and teamwork, and supports constructive resolution of conflicts

  • Proven track record to recruit, develop, and lead professional teams and provide constructive feedback through performance and development processes.
  • Shown history of leading cross functional / country teams and building organizational relationships with customers, peers and operating partners across functions & geographies
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are required

 

Education/ Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant analytical background
  • CPA, Chartered Accountant, MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • 12+ years of progressive relevant work experience within a global organization
  • 7+ years of management experience
