E-commerce Product Manager

Product Manager will be a connecting link between all business areas and will be working with business stakeholders, product owners to manage project scope and expectations, will align solutions with process department to ensure most effective solution is selected and will follow up if execution is going according the plan.Product manager will have to spin out e-commerce channel, which consists of a set of projects, that will cover:

• The review of current products & services, operations, sales, marketing and communication processes and making sure they are leveled up to meet current and future B2B needs with the best user experience;
• The set up of partnership and distribution network that works best for e-commerce channel promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross functional project teams inside organization
• Guide and provide leadership to the project team according to project management methodologies and implementation
• Take responsibility of project delivery within agreed scope, budget, and deadline
• Manage portfolio of companywide e-channel strategic projects
• Manage vendors for their timely delivery
• Monitor risks
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations
• Prepare short & informative project reports.

• 3+ years of project/product management experience, managing projects for full life cycle – from initiation to implementation
• Experience with e-channel/ e-commerce related role  in position of PM or similar
• Experience producing project estimates, developing project timelines, and tracking progress
• Ability to set, manage, and exceed expectations, including the ability to navigate requests from multiple stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex concepts in business terms
• Proactive and result oriented personality
