Job Description
As an eLearning Consultant, you will be responsible for developing high quality AML/CTF eLearnings. This will require close collaboration with our external partners and effective cooperation within the internal subject matter experts.
You will join an AML Training Academy’s team which designs and delivers blended learning solutions: group and video trainings, eLearning and game-based learning activities, individual exercises and advising sessions to all, who are keen on proactive growth in AML/CTF competency areas.
Focus area
- Preparation of eLearning material (scripts, storylines) by following eLearning developing rules
- Collaboration with our vendors by providing material and insights for designing of eLearning courses
- Close cooperation with internal Learning Consultants and AML Consultants to ensure that eLearning material is accurate and comprehensive
Requirements
- eLearning creation experience
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- As a person, you are creative, pro-active and a team-player
- AML knowledge would be an advantage
