Expert in Sanitary Engineering / a Sanitary Manager

Your tasks:

• Maintaining direct control over installation works in accordance with contract requirements, technical documentation, schedules and quality standards, and in cooperation with a contract manager,

• Coordinating works in the field of HVAC installations, water, sewage and gas systems as well as external networks of utility infrastructure,
• Analysing and optimising tender, construction, and executive projects,
• Confirming projects with customers,
• Preparing offers, analysing prices, negotiating with subcontractors,
• Preparing professional cost estimations for installations,
• Settling accounts with customers and subcontractors of installation works.

• Higher technical education,
• Unlimited licence for the supervision of construction works in the area of water, sewage, heating, ventilation and gas networks, installations and devices,
• At least 5 years of proven professional experience in overseeing works in the field of internal installations at large building investments and power facilities – this is a necessary condition,
• Mobility (business trips), flexibility,
• Very good knowledge of English (C1 level), ability to read specifications and smoothly communicate during meetings,
• Polish will be an advantage,
• Lithuanian will be an advantage,
• Experience in estimating costs of specialised works,
• Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD,
• Place of work and residence in Lithuania.
