The purpose of the Finance controller function is to navigate the growth and steer the business towards sustained long term profitability being driven by the IKEA business idea, culture and values. We are looking for pro-active, motivated and competent business support partner.
Your tasks will include
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and financial&operational KPI tracking,
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements,
- Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses,
- Valuation of various business cases,
- Identify and drive process improvements,
- Actively contributing to the development of the IKEA Lithuania business.

Reikalavimai
To be successful in this role you need to have
- 2-3 years previous experience in a financial role with proven analytical and numerical skills,
- A thorough understanding of companies’ financial statements and the key performance measurements,
- Understanding of accounting principles,
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – especially,
- Fluent speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
