Finance Systems Accountant – Supply Chain



Position Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day systems maintenance and troubleshooting of existing supply chain setup. Serve as the primary Finance point of contact for ad-hoc requests pertaining to new supply lanes. Assist Project Team with requirements gathering, setup, and testing of new supply lanes for approved projects. This position will require frequent cross-functional interaction and collaboration with various Finance, Accounting, Planning, Product Data Management, and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance-specific questions and issues pertaining to current supply chain setup in the ERP systems

  • Responsible for coordination and setup of ad-hoc supply lane requests approved through governance process

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Trade Compliance, and Tax to ensure integrity of end-to-end process and that all requirements are met

  • Create formal documentation for supply chain during new projects and business transfers

  • Assist in supply chain testing, validation and rollout of automated tools

  • Support analysis of intercompany PPV, Goods-in-Transit, and Profit in Inventory


    Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or transactional finance environment

  • Bachelor in Finance/Accounting

  • Experience with E1, SAP, AGILE, HFM, FDM, EDW or similar systems is considered as an advantage

  • Understanding of finance, accounting and impact to reporting systems as well as data mining and systems setup with strong appreciation for transactional integrity

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Excellent communication (spoken and written) language skills in English and Lithuanian

  • Exposure to PPI/Kaizen methodologies are considered an advantage
