Financial Analyst

• Provide support and leadership to reporting analysts
• Be the first PoC for Finance team in terms of reporting, analysis and provide the right guidance
• Engage local finance team to understand requirements and drive the creation and continuous improvement of most suitable packs of reports
• Draft presentation materials and present insights to the Local finance management teams as well as local senior management
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in analyzed data
• Control and analyze reports’ content and accuracy
• Interpret changes in financial figures in time
• Participation in process changes, improvements and efficiency activities.

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical skills and be passionate about analytics
• Is good with putting complexity into simple visualization
• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced MS Excel and other MS Office skills.
• A keen desire to learn, develop and be continuously challenged
• Can effectively understand requirements/questions, put across the required information in a clear, logical, concise and precise manner;
• Have analytical mind, attention to detail and inclination for problem-solving, passionate about analytics;
• 3+ years previous experience as a Finance analyst
• Practical experience (2+ years)  in any of the further mentioned software: MS Power BI (Power Query, DAX), SAP Business Objects
