Financial Business System (FIT) Specialist

• Ensure the set-up of existing business systems are in line with respective procedures
• Perform first level technical support for the countries and ensure correct routing of tickets
• Ensure technical issues are resolved or escalated to Team leaders and/or OPEX/IT team
• Assist the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of accounting processes
• Perform the trainings of business systems functionalities
• Develop good business relationships with local countries
• Support the transition of new task/process
• Maintain of RPA/AI tools in cooperation with IT
• Cooperate with team members and colleagues from other departments to ensure successful operations

• Good knowledge of accounting process
• Knowledge of finance business systems (prefferable: SAP, FIT)
• Written and verbal communication in business English
• Experience with MS programs including Excel, Power point, Word
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Proactiveness, positivity, reliability and honesty

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1900 – 2300 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1 day per week from the office
