Build strong relationships with Partners/Suppliers, acting as the key point of contact and providing proactive, responsive service;
Negotiate with Partner/Supplier regarding commercial conditions, annual targets and KPI‘s. Responsibility to reach agreed targets and KPIs.
Business plans preparation – ATL&BTL - with detailed objectives as regards sales volumes, promotional activity, distribution and investments;
Business plans implementation – ATL&BTL – work with Trade marketing and Trade channels teams while implementing planned activities;
Assure monthly marketing budget balance according to agreement with Partner/Supplier (spending’s, compensations);
Monitor and analyze execution of Partners/Suppliers results.
Build key relationships with internal departments (Accountancy, Analytics, Purchases etc.) to ensure targets are met
Actively seek and develop dedicated categories, looking for new business opportunities;
Actively seek and develop opportunities to grow the level of business with each Partner/Supplier e.g. launch new SKUs;
Be an ambassador for your product portfolio;
Presentations of your products to customers and consumers.
Reikalavimai
Bachelor Degree
Min 2 years+ relevant experience in FMCG trade or marketing environment
Language skills: Fluent in English and local language; Russian language would be advantage;

Relationship management skills
Analytical skills
MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)
