Job Description
TIA Technology is looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer (hereafter called FSD) to join the successful team of colleagues.
The R&D team, which FSD would be part of, consists of around 70 team members at the office in Denmark and Lithuania (approximately, half in each).
FSD will be a part of the agile development team, working on improving, developing and updating the software in TIA Technology. In Denmark the team consists of 3 skilled developers, 1 Product Owner, 1 UI/UX designer, Test Engineers and 1 Manager to whom FSD will report to. All of the team members are very team-oriented and contribute to an agile, dynamic and dedicated team spirit. They are positive, with a strong “can-do” attitude and seek to create value through digitalization.
The core team will play a significant role in developing TIA’s technology towards existing customers and designing innovative opportunities for new customers.
With a high customer-focus and an agile mindset, the FSD will take a central part in the team and must have a great desire to create software, that makes a difference in the Insurance industry.
FSD must be really eager to identify and suggest ways, TIA Technology can do things even better.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Developing a new product (cloud based)
Identify and suggest ways to improve business/software
Follow a product development life cycle from idea, roadmap, planning, development, documentation, launching and maintenance
Effectively communicate task progress, problems/risks, and design solutions together with team members and product owner and provide technical leadership for tasks and/or junior peers

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Requirements
2 years of professional experience with JavaScript
It would be a big plus, if candidate also have experience with Angular and TypeScript
Strong understanding of REST API´s and SPA´s
Solid HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap skills
2 years of experience with Java. Ideally, candidate has experience with Spring Boot
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience with establishing a quick and reliable continuous integration process
Knowledge about AWS (Amazon cloud)
Knowledge of database technologies both SQL and NoSQL based
A desire to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Agile “SCRUM” experience is preferred

TAKE OWNERSHIP – Quality oriented and sees all tasks through.
