Global Quality Manager

With direct reference to the CEO you will lead a quality organization (app. 20 people) focusing on company’s facilities in 3 countries.

You will have the total responsibility regarding company´s quality from development until delivery of the final product/solution.

In addition to the internal quality assurance you will also have a close working relationship with customers and the company sales organization securing implementation of quality parameters specific for key customers.

You will be responsible for the optimization of supplier base, securing that they constantly are able to apply the high standards we expect.

Your team will assess and audit both existing and future suppliers and in general be the pioneer in the ensuring “State of the Art” performance for all parties involved in our supply chain.

You are part of the management team and will ensure that we constantly apply the highest possible quality standards and processes.

Ideally you have prior experience as a quality manager in a production processing environment. We imagine you having the majority of following qualifications and competences:

• Strong focus on providing our customers with high quality products
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or other related field
• Experience with QMS, SIX SIGMA, IATF16949 and other quality systems on an operational level
• Minimum 5 years of significant practical experience as a Quality Manager in an international company
• Ability to lead experienced QA employees as well as give guidance to stakeholders in the organization on quality and compliance issues.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, competences to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Structured and systematic approach
• Service minded, also on busy days
• Great English skills, both speaking and writing
• You have a hands-on working style with focus on solutions with the ability to see new opportunities
