• Focusing on guest loyalty egagement, enrollment of new members;
• Monitor and ensure recognition of VIP guests;
• Promote hotel services, outlets and active offers;
• Solving various customer service related situations;
• Working shifts: from 13:30 to 22:00 Monday to Friday.
Successful candidate should have strong sense of responsibility, to be a sales minded personality with several years of experience in a hotel. He/she should have a positive outgoing attitude, self-initiative, be a team player. Creativity and excellent communication skills would be needed on the daily basis. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is a must. Knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.
