Head Mechanics Specialist

• Performing current project tasks in the area of preparing offers and running projects,
• Preparing documentation in the field of your expertise to be compliant with regulations and client requirements,
• Assigning and overseeing work conducted by offices involved in preparing offers as well as overseeing the implementation of works,
• Specifying technical delivery conditions for the concept project,
• Participating in design reviews and coordination meetings,
• Evaluating and sourcing offers from subsuppliers and subcontractors,
• Participating in negotiations and arrangements with clients, subsuppliers and subcontractors,
• Performing quality and economic assessments of offers received,
• Running works in accordance with the budget and schedule approved for the project.

• Higher technical education,
• 3 years of proven professional experience in working on an EPC contract basis (energetics),
• Mobility (business trips), flexibility,
• Very good knowledge of English (C1 level), ability to read specifications and smoothly communicate during meetings,
• Polish will be an advantage,
• Lithuanian will be an advantage,
• Strong skills in using technical documentation,
• Knowledge of industry technical standards and legal regulations,
• Ability to conduct talks and negotiations,
• Ability to create technical documentation in your field of expertise will be an advantage,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCad,
• Place of work and residence in Lithuania.
