Head of Finance

We are currently seeking a strong financial controller or finance manager who is ready to take on new challenges and improve the company's financial management processes. The Finance Manager will lead the finance team and ensure smooth financial operations and collaboration with existing and potential tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Take over the entire financial management process from Finland to Lithuania.
• Lead the execution of banking financing agreements and financial audit processes.
• Ensure that financial operations are conducted smoothly and timely.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure appropriate and timely execution of lease agreements with building tenants.
• Implement an ERP system or separate financial management systems.
• Manage communication and relationships with tenants.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategic goals and plans.
• Plan future investments, expansion, and active measures to achieve company growth and profitability.
• Establish and lead the finance team.
• Have knowledge of international financial standards.
• Collaborate with the board of directors and shareholders to achieve company goals.
• Ensure smooth cooperation with banks, auditors, and other company partners.

• Strong desire and motivation to contribute to the company's growth and development.
• Experience and skills in effectively managing company processes and operations.
• Broad business understanding, including financing, taxation, reporting, and operations control.
• Good English language skills.
