Job Description

As the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will:

  • Develop and deliver business partner Role, Linking Business and People Strategies: Participate to develop effective role and partnerships aligning HR and business strategies across global organisational units. You will work closely with executives and senior management to support key organizational goals.
  • Drive Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead the development of global HR initiatives aimed at optimizing onboarding processes, enhancing performance management systems, and implementing effective talent management strategies. You will also engage and support tailoring cross-cultural initiatives to foster a productive and engaging workplace.
  • Enhance HR Processes: Identify and address gaps in existing HR strategies or processes. Propose innovative solutions to boost HR effectiveness within the scope of role.
  • Build Key Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR subject matter experts, people operations, and other functions within a matrix organizational structure. Ensure HR strategies align seamlessly with business objectives.
  • Lead Change and Transition: Guide organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Utilize Data for Decision Making: Collect and analyze HR metrics and people analytics relevant to the role. Apply insights to drive decision-making and strategy development,
  • Actively support our leaders in strategic, cultural, and organizational and people management matters

Lead and manage HR business partner Roles:

  • Lead, manage and develop HR professionals within the business partnering function. Provide training and guidance to enhance BP team capabilities.
  • Ensure effective delivery of assigned roles.
  • Define the scope of HR initiatives and projects within the role
  • Focus team of HR professionals with overarching business objectives and ensure delivery of people initiatives contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

Participate in Building Leadership Development Programs:

  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of leadership development initiatives.
  • Support the identification and grooming of future leaders within the organization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in social studies, with a master’s degree or other certifications in Human Resources, Business, and People related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HR strategy and management in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in implementing HR strategies that contribute to business growth.
  • Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic, complex environment.
  • Previous experience in an international context, understanding diverse cultural nuances and global HR practices.
