Job Description

Purpose of the role

  • Drive overall talent management strategy setup and execution for finance shared services,
  • To passionately lead an inspiring people agenda for McKesson Europe country by working collaboratively with business leaders and group HR: to be an enthusiastic and visible champion of organisational culture; and to bring creativity and innovation to people strategies and solutions that will drive outstanding business performance in a growing and changing organisation,
  • Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement,
  • Lead on all aspects of people and organizational development strategy, developing & delivering a high-perform, customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs in alignment with global practices,
  • Lead a team of HR&Administration, ensure top performance of by providing them adequate coaching leadership and guidance,
  • Facilitate an employee-oriented company culture focusing on our global ICARE and ILEAD shared values and principles,
  • Define and implement organisational development and training philosophy based on SSC needs and evolvement stages,
  • Design and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses succession planning, superior people development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management,
  • Manage employee benefit plans/programs, oversee the organizations pay policy and ensure it reflects market best practices,
  • Proactively contribute to executive, management, and company staff meetings and advise on HR strategy and potential challenges,
  • Be part of various global and European HR transformation initiatives and drive their implementation for Lithuania,
  • Define best recruitment practices and onboarding procedures necessary to attract and hire a superior talent,
  • Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation,
  • Drive cooperation strategy with educational institutions,
  • Manage and lead employee communication matters and facilitate feedback culture,
  • Facilitate external employer branding initiatives,
  • Effectively manage HR budget,
  • Organize, plan, delegate and prioritize own workload and adjust to changes in workload and assignments to meet critical deadlines,
  • Direct the preparation of information requested or required for compliance with labour laws.

Requirements

  • University degree / BSc in Psychology, Economics or Business Administration with major in Human Resources,
  • Work experience in a shared service center of a multi-site organisation and proven experience of delivering people solutions that inspire colleagues and increase their affiliation to the organisation whilst driving service excellence would be a big plus,
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and best practice,
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
  • Highly inspirational leadership style - act as a role model for the organisation in terms of culture values and ways of working,
  • Excellent communication skills - handles complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence,
  • Strong team player – works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes,
  • Ability to effectively plan ahead to anticipate problems, plans for worst-case and best-case scenarios,
  • Demonstrate passion - approach all tasks in an enthusiastic way. Commitment to upholding professional standards,
