Job Description

The company is constantly growing and currently is looking for a talented Head of Marketing and Communications. 

Joining Sun Investment Group as a Head of Marketing and Communications means: 

• Leading, developing and motivating Marketing & Communications department; 
• Understanding how Sales process works and putting emphasis on how marketing can generate sales; 
• Managing and supervising foreign markets (such as Poland, Italy, etc.);
• Working closely with Management Board, Sales, Project Management teams; 
• Develop and implement global communications & marketing strategy (including PR, digital, brand, internal communication fields);
• Monitoring, analyzing and distributing press coverage;
• Working with agencies and associations;
• Researching and analysing potential speaker opportunities and events;
• Crisis management;
• Budget planning and analysis. 

Requirements

This role is perfect for you, if you:

• Have marketing or advertising background;
• Have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the Marketing and Communications Area as team lead or manager;
• Are able to analyze marketing trends, make cost-saving decisions if needed;
• Are experienced in digital marketing; 
• Have excellent knowledge and experience in e-commerce area;
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Have strong sales point of view in order to generate leads and attract sales via marketing campaigns;   
• Are fluent in English and Lithuanian.
