General Characteristics
Leads the Product Management team with a focus to keep private Telia customers smiling, non-customers anxious and Shareholders happy with financial returns.
Plans product portfolio, aligns with whole Telia, makes sure that customers knows about products and value them. Organizes product life cycle management including but not limiting with new product development, upgrades, downgrades, milk out, closure of futures, price points or products.
Person, running the product team, should ignite team members as well as whole Telia to keep passion for customers, technology and innovation, to make sure that Telia products are meeting and beating customers’ expectations.
Representative Activities
• Makes decisions based on insights, analysis and gad feeling to deliver product portfolio to the market which ensures customer base growth, usage growth and financial returns;
• Is acting as customer voice and demands translator towards technology organization.
• Monitors and encourages distribution channels as well as Offering team to unleash maximum potential of each product as well as their combinations (so called bundling);
• Agrees with organization and is responsible for delivering new product opportunities or developments within set time-scales and budgets.

• 7+ years experience in leading product management.
• Proven track record in product planning, defining and launching successful products, unifying product portfolios.
• Would be highly analytical person who is able to work in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience in growing the individuals as well as developing teams.
