Right now, we are looking for a leader at our Networks unit in Lithuania to drive mobile broadband network deployment and assure best mobile network technology experience for our customers. I am Arūnas Strolia and I am leading Networks division within Telia Lithuania.
Your next challenge?
Take the chance to lead mobile radio access network (RAN) planning, optimization and deployment unit which is responsible for quality operation and expansion of Telia mobile network. The team is assuring value based investment planning, timely deployment and maintaining service quality KPIs of existing mobile network parameters in Lithuania.
If you are passionate about technology and want to lead the team across Lithuania for a market leading company as well as continue to grow and maintain best service quality for our existing and prospective customers then you are welcome to my team. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing team of senior professionals associated to RAN planning, deployment and optimization
- Creating inspirational and growth-enabled environment for your team.
- Assuring proactive monitoring of mobile network performance
- Continuos fine tunning
- Assuring timely deployment of mobile base stations and timely expansion of existing base stations
- Planning of the budget related to mobile network and efficient and transparent usage of the budget
- Managing vendor relationship and negotiating with vendors
- Managing 3rd party subcontractors
- Cooperating and managing relationship with NRI and government institutions
- Representing of Telia Lithuania position for Telia group
- Assuring reporting of mobile network related service quality
- Owning and acting as point of contact for end to end customer experience related to mobile network
- Owning the process and continuously improving deployment activity
- Collaborating with other functions such as fixed network, infrastructure, sales or IT
- Initiating and driving activities that will generate quality improvements
- Driving adoption of new generation technology and products into mobile network

Your experience:
- Relevant leadership experience
- Experience in driving performance and achieving goals in Network or IT management field
- A background in telecoms, mobile or IT services
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent education
- Great communications skills in Lithuanian and English
- Understanding of ICT industry
- Working experience with RAN technology preferred but not necessary

We offer a monthly base salary from 3800 Eur (gross) to 7300 Eur (gross) plus annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results.
