HOTEL MANAGER - DEUTSCHSPRACHIG SAISON 2020

- Verantwortlich für den Hotelbetrieb und alle Abteilungen an Bord
- Management und Motivation der gesamten Crew
- Überprüfung aller Bestellungen, Inventuren
- Verantwortlich für Lagerverwaltung, Kostenkontrolle
- Verantwortlich für Einhaltung der HACCP-Vorgaben
- Hauptverantworung für die Zufriedenheit von Gästen und Crew an Bord.

- Abgeschlossene Berufsschule oder Berufsausbildung im Hotelmanagement
- Professionelle Computerkenntnisse auf ICDL-Niveau
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in F & B-Abteilungen
- Professionelle Kommunikation in Englisch und / oder Deutsch.
