Collaborate with assigned department heads and their teams to implement an effective HR strategy.
Contribute to the improvement of recruitment, onboarding, development, and talent management processes.
Advise managers on key HR matters, including employee engagement, career planning, and retention.
Coordinate and execute performance management and employee development processes.
Ensure clear, transparent, and constructive communication across all HR-related interactions.
Strengthening the organizational culture by fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, especially within larger or complex organizational structures. Experience in the retail sector would be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with modern HR practices and tools.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
