Job Description

  • Collaborate with assigned department heads and their teams to implement an effective HR strategy.
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment, onboarding, development, and talent management processes.
  • Advise managers on key HR matters, including employee engagement, career planning, and retention.
  • Coordinate and execute performance management and employee development processes.
  • Ensure clear, transparent, and constructive communication across all HR-related interactions.
  • Strengthening the organizational culture by fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, especially within larger or complex organizational structures. Experience in the retail sector would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with modern HR practices and tools.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Genuine passion for the HR field and a strong belief that great employee experience is one of the most important drivers of success.
