  • Preparing and providing periodic reports and creating dashboards
  • Identifying and revising reporting requirements and their implementation
  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including our Applicant Tracking System, employment records, labor statistics
  • Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data
REQUIREMENTS
  • University education in a strongly quantitative subject such as mathematics, computer science, software engineering, economics, physics, etc
  • Previous experience in an analytical role
  • Knowledge and experience in reporting and analytic tools (e.g. PowerBI and/or Tableau)
  • Have proven advanced SQL skills: this syntax will be used on a daily basis and some queries need to be written from scratch
  • Self-driven, structured working attitude and strong ownership;
  • Balance multiple priorities, open-minded, and 'can do' attitude;
