Job Description

HR manager will be responsible for the implementation and development of the internal HR procedures, policies and processes within the new SSC in Kaunas.

  • Drive, implement and develop all HR-related projects (recruitment, on-boarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits);
  • Lead and manage employee recruitment and retention activities;
  • Provide advice and support on HR issues;
  • Measure and constantly improve the employee satisfaction;
  • Act as senior escalation point for HR-related issues and conflicts;
  • Oversee HR data administration and maintenance of all employment related documentation.

Requirements

  • University degree in human resources management or similar field;
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the HR function (preferably within SSC, business services area);
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Experience in building Shared Service structure;
  • Very good knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Law;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in international environment on a different levels in organisation;
  • Availability to travel.
