Job Description
HR manager will be responsible for the implementation and development of the internal HR procedures, policies and processes within the new SSC in Kaunas.
- Drive, implement and develop all HR-related projects (recruitment, on-boarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits);
- Lead and manage employee recruitment and retention activities;
- Provide advice and support on HR issues;
- Measure and constantly improve the employee satisfaction;
- Act as senior escalation point for HR-related issues and conflicts;
- Oversee HR data administration and maintenance of all employment related documentation.
Requirements
- University degree in human resources management or similar field;
- 5+ years of professional experience in the HR function (preferably within SSC, business services area);
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
- Experience in building Shared Service structure;
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Law;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in international environment on a different levels in organisation;
- Availability to travel.
