Collaborate with stakeholders to scope HR processes and procedures tailored to our organization's needs.
Perform operational HR tasks, including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits administration, data management, and documentation.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee and employer data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaise with the payroll team to facilitate timely and accurate processing of employee compensation, conducting thorough reviews to minimize errors.
Continuously improve HR processes and knowledge base, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
A good command of the English language at a B2 level or above.
Proficiency in German is preferred (at least B1 level).
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, would be advantageous.
Proven experience in transitioning or improving HR processes is a plus, with a proactive mindset and ability to navigate uncertainty.
