Job Description

People management administration: 

  • Ownership of various people-management-related processes (as onboarding, offboarding, career path documentation, remuneration and others). Ensure smooth execution of these processes, maintain accurate records, and continuously improve efficiency. 
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions for job adds according to Group guidelines, conducting candidate screening and testing, organizing interviews, and collaborating with external recruitment agencies when necessary. 
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights into the reasons behind employee departures. 
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations (supported by legal team members) to ensure that the organization's practices align with legal requirements.  

Employees’ feedback and communication: 

  • Ensure that important HR related information, updates, and policies are effectively communicated to employees. 
  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement in employee experience (e.g., Voice of the employee survey). Implement improvement initiatives. 
  • Administer the employee benefit program.  
  • Plan and organize events and activities to promote a positive team spirit. 

Performance Management and recognition: 

  • Ensure that recognition efforts align with the organization's values and goals. 
  • Implement training programs and initiatives to support continuous learning and skill development. 
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient performance management process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a specialist role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
