Human Resources Reward Analyst

Advice and guide on all elements of reward (cash compensation, benefits, incentive/bonus plans) and general reward policy.
Drive annual compensation review process.
Set up guidelines and advice business on salary and total compensation recommendations.
Analyze market data, benchmark and set up salaries (IT, finance, HR, administration job families).
Review reward policies.
Ensure that offered total compensation and benefits package is competitive in the local market.
Support employee cycle processes set up.
Consult line managers on HR related questions.
Manage employee benefits proposition.

Senior experience in a similar role in an international company.
