We look for a target oriented and sales driven individual with strong communication skills. Sounds like YOU? Then YOU are ready to be a part of our team responsible for generation of sales opportunities through hunting, prospecting, and cold calling to promote forklift product solutions and services.

Your Mission:

  • Call prospect clients, both inbound (typically receive an online request) and outbound (smart “cold calling”), plus chat with companies to generate top leads and book appointments for Field Account, i.e. outside sales.
  • In CRM, manage and report on your sales pipeline, document all the calls in CRM, assess information before to hand-over top leads to Field Account
  • As a next phase, perform direct selling to customers for part of Toyota’s portfolio. Sell and grow turnover.
  • Achieve project KPIs and sales quota on monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer service (B2B sales/customer service experience would be a big plus);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written), including excellent telephone and presentation skills;
  • Energetic, quick learner with strong teamwork spirit;
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment;
  • Native-level speaker of Lithuanian, proficient level of English;
  • Good user skills of Windows environment, CRM systems.
