Integration Engineer

Simplex is seeking an Integration Engineer, who will oversee and ensure successful integrations and an excellent customer experience for Simplex’s partners. The Integration Engineer will manage the project with Simplex’s partners, from a technical perspective, including the integration of Simplex’s products into the partner web site andor mobile applications. You will work with Simplex’s product management, engineering, sales, and customer support teams to resolve any technical issues, to ensure successful deployment, and to provide input into the product planning process. You will also continue to support and work with partners after the completion of the integration process to ensure ongoing partner satisfaction. You will act as the go-to person for deep technical queries by internal and external clients. The position is predominantly customer facing via emails / phone calls / immediate messaging applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise English – fluent, written and spoken 1-2 years experience as a pre or post sales engineer, or as a tier 3 support engineer Strong understanding of web applications Experience working with APIs Excellent communication Skills Self learner, able to lead a project from beginning to end independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Great attention to detail Flexible working hours. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Information security background Experience working with global customers Programming & Scripting Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field
