IS SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

• monitoring and ensuring smooth and correct operation of branch systems
• solving incidents and problems related to data integrity, internal/external data flow and partners access to the system
• be a part of IT support team and process various types of IS requests
• collaboration with developers and IT support team
• occasional help with office IT infrastructure and software related problems

• 2-years’ experience as an IS support specialist or experience in related field
• higher education in IT field (can be unfinished)
• experience with Oracle or MySQL databases and SQL language
• experience in service desk field
• hands on experience with office IT infrastructure and software (PCs, printers, etc.)
• good command of English language
• Polish language will be considered as an advantage
