• Ensuring operation and safety of the enterprise network.


• Installation, configuration and updating of office and application software.


• Ensuring data backup (and data recovery, when necessary).


• Technical support and assistance for users.


• Submitting progress reports.

Reikalavimai

• Experience in installing and supporting Windows OS.
• Experience in installing and supporting server software.
• Good command office software.
• Good command of operating principles of network protocols and building computer networks.
• Experience in PC hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience in servicing remote users.
• Understanding of business processes of ERP
• English or Russian

Preferences:

• Experience in working with Cisco equipment.
• Active Directory experience.
• Experience in working in ERP systems
• Experience in working in HelpDesk systems
