#TeliaLietuva is expanding SAP ERP system management and looking for highly motivated and experienced #IT management professionals. Your Main Responsibilities:
- Build and leada team for #SAP #ERP Finance implementation;
- Long-term competence #development according to internal IT strategy;
- Managing both internal and external resources.;
- EnsuringImplementation of Financial Domain and Operations delivery excellence through team motivation and applied modern way of working;
- Business Relationship #Management in context of #Finance domain;
- Roadmap creation and implementation;
- Finance Management (Implementation of budget and Financial Services TCO).
Requirements
- At least 5 years of #experience in IT/Finance related positions and at least 3 years of experience in team management;
- Experience in ERP (FI) systems implementation, SAP is treated as benefit;
- Ability to manage #multiple activities, work independently, produce high quality results and work with a strong sense of urgency;
- Excellent problem #solving, creativity and the ability to use third party opinion to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis;
- Ability to #convey technical information to nontechnical customers;
- Excellent #leadership skills, proven capabilities to motivate and manage team members excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages (verbal and written).
