Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the IT infrastructure delivery team and help us creating IT infrastructure & cloud solutions for new business opportunities. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of new & roadmap IT infrastructure solutions. Focusing on creating high-value initiatives that meet the Definition of Done;
  • Helping the team implement IT infrastructure & Cloud changes effectively—managing each project's scope and timeline, identifying risks and managing of them, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur;
  • Coordinating team presentations of IT infrastructure & cloud solutions, roadmap improvements and infrastructure resource needs to team members and stakeholders, helping identify their priorities and risks to achieve maximum value to business;
  • Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration; and being the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from other IT teams, customers or stakeholders);
  • Helping to build a productive environment where team members ‘own' the product and enjoy working on it.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (in the field of IT or exact sciences), additional legal education or interest in IT/licensing contract or public procurement law would be an advantage (or vice-versa);
  • At least 2 years work experience in the field of IT infrastructure: IT infrastructure, telecommunications and/or digital workplaces delivery, change management, project management, etc.;
  • Excellent and comprehensive computer skills;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English;
  • Being attentive, thorough, communicative, you want to improve, you are interested in innovations.

Would be an advantage: 

  • Knowledge of legislation governing the field of IT infrastructure and operations and good practices of IT activity management (e.g. ITIL, IT4IT);
  • Knowledge of the pricing of IT infrastructure and the principles of its creation;
  • Knowledge of general principles of public procurement organization and execution.
