• Leading a team of IT administrators (5-10 professionals)
• Analysis of customers' business needs and preparation of the corresponding architecture
• Coordinating the architecture of specialized solutions
• Infrastructure maintenance processes
• Migrations
• Preparation of documents and proposals
• Ongoing project management
• Preparation of project (including licensing) estimates
• Team competency management
• Balancing team loads
• Daily work plans and projects scheduling
• Team budget planning

• Higher university technical education
• Experience of similar work
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Good English and Russian language skills
