IT Specialist

Your team:You will be the 3rd member of Drogas IT support team in Lithuania. You will work together with fellow IT Specialists ensuring that all company’s business critical IT systems are working properly.

We are looking for an IT Specialist, who identifies potential solution - someone with a proactive mindset to identify potential problems, propose solutions, and represent the solutions to the stakeholders for appropriate prioritization.

Main tasks of you:

• Implementation of store information systems (IS).
• Work with the Group's IT and external suppliers, procurement organization.
• Maintenance and problem solving of the existing store IS (second level), consultations.
• Maintenance and control of the store's daily technological processes.
• Implementation of security improvements for store IS.
• Implementation of new ASW Group IT solutions, participation in projects related to Group IT IS.
• Existing Group IS support (WMS, ERP, various store systems, reporting tools etc.).
• Support company employees on IT related questions.
• Constant development and improvements of local IT infrastructure.

• 3+ years’ experience of providing IT support in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment.
• Ability to determine and solve hardware and software failures.
• An effective trouble-shooter - demonstrated ability to analyse problems and develop/recommend solutions.
• Understanding the operational and security requirements that come with operating in a regulated environment.
• Experience in deployment and support of Microsoft Windows operating systems, and business software (Linux OS support experience would be considered as a bonus point).
• Good level of written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in SQL and reporting, server administration.
• Knowledge of computer network infrastructure and equipment.
• Previous experience in retail company.
• Programming skills (C++, C#).
