Internal Controls, Tax and Transfer Pricing Specialist

Position is directly responsible for supporting Festo HQ internal controls team by performing Financial Transaction monitoring and collecting data for supporting of internal and external audits, as needed. You will also support HQ Tax and Transfer pricing team by preparing required reports, collecting, cleansing the data, and monitoring assigned areas.

You will be working in close collaboration with HQ ICS (Internal Control System) as well as Tax and Transfer pricing teams.

Your responsibilities:

• ICS and Financial transaction monitoring
• Periodical procedure review and updates
• Monitor implementation of ICS audit findings external/internal auditors
• Clarification of deviations/discrepancies with local FI
• Maintain traceable business communication
• Maintain Transfer pricing documentation
• Perform periodical Tax and Transfer Pricing checks and report preparation
• Perform invalid industry code data cleansing
• Run assigned reports in BI
• Perform as 1st level support for PwC Tax Reporting tool
• Collaborate effectively accross different organizational levels and functions to fulfill company goals and objectives

• Degree in Finance or related area
• Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and initiative
• Attention to details, proactiveness, reliability, honesty, and integrity
• Ability to work in a team as well as deliver results individually
• Good communication and collaboration skills
