Junior Financial Analyst

• Delivery of insightful analysis of monthly hotel financial reports and results with a strong focus on cost and revenue compliance with agreed budgets
• Consolidating financial results and KPI for operating hotels and development projects
• Analyzing financial results, market and competitive set to gain a detailed understanding of current business conditions
• Performing benchmarking analysis to assess effectiveness and improvement opportunities
• Assisting with preparation of monthly financial reporting package and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis
• Assisting in the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting processes
• Providing support during internal and external audits
• Identifying areas for process and business performance improvement.

• BA or MA in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ working experience in audit, corporate finance or financial analysis
• Perfect Lithuanian and very good English language skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial performance indicators and general accounting principles
• Strong process thinking, consulting, planning and business communications skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to organize work according to priorities
• Interest for the hotels business with a desire to learn and excel
• Positive attitude and team player
