Job Description

The Marketing manager will support goal-orientated, customer-focused marketing activities in line with the company strategy. The candidate will work with the sales teams in the three baltic countries and therefore knowledge and interest about sales processes, management of sales teams and sales targets is necessary. The Marketing Assistant is in charge of the customer relation ship management. Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Development of regional marketing plan in alignment with local sales team and regional head office.
  • Adaption of the international marketing materials and sales tools to the local market and development of local approaches in alignment with regional head office.
  • Steering customer relation ship process via CRM tool.
  • Regular customer analysis in order to support customer segmentation and business planning process.
  • Execution of marketing and sales campaigns and creating campaign reporting.
  • Updating of local intranet and internet pages via content management system.
  • Supporting presswork in relevant logistics media.
  • Market research such as competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Preparing management documents (presentations, reporting sheets etc.)
  • Preparing Fairs and Events.
  • Day to day liaison with the sales team and regional head office.
  • Requirements

    Education:
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or equivalent. Professional experience:
  • Ideal candidate has worked in an industrial environment within sales team.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years job experience.
  • Major competences required:
  • High analytical skills.
  • Strong structural skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Self motivated and driven.
  • Strong IT user knowledge (MS office especially power point) and ability to pick up easily new software and IT tools. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Russian Additional skills required:
