Job Description

Team in Kaunas is looking to recruit a Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, implement, and support Java-based applications used by emergency response and hospital personnel in the field and in medical/non-medical facilities. 

The successful candidate will be part of a team that practices a disciplined development methodology and will interact directly with our Product Management Team to develop effective, reliable, and scalable solutions in an Agile, test-driven environment that adhere to highly available architectures and automated software deployment and testing techniques. 

Reports to:  Manager, Software Engineering 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop solutions across all layers, from the database through the data, service, and application layers to the user interface. 
• Follow an Agile development process. 
• Work closely with Product Management. 
• Participate in peer code reviews. 
• Work closely with SysOps and Infrastructure team to enhance product environments and automated build/deployment process. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Skills: 

• Experience with JAVA.


• Experience with Spring MVC and JPA (Hibernate). 


• Experience in one from JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular, React, Vue.js, Sencha). 


• Experience in integration implementation using REST. 


• Experience with Continuous Integration tool – as Jenkins. 


• High degree of attention to detail, personal initiative, and commitment to quality. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 


• 3+ years of technical software development experience with a minimum of two years of Java development experience.
