Get ready to

• Monitor online content – forums, review websites, social networks, and anything you will come up with
• Interact with community members (comments, DMs, reviews) and help them solve various challenges
• Track, investigate, and report feedback to other teams
• Grow communities with 50,000+ members
• Produce interesting and engaging content
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Social Media or Customer Support teams
• Build relationships with the customers

We expect you to

• Have perfect English writing and speaking skills (you will be mostly working with the US market)
• Use positive language and wisely choose the tone of written communication
• Be eager to grow in the marketing/communication niche and become the best communicator
• Always be willing to help others and ready to go the extra mile for that
• Be ready to work across teams – product, marketing, development, support
• Be results and performance-driven
• Feel like a fish in the water when surfing online

• Have some experience with social media management or customer support duties
