As Recruitment Consultant /Headhunter in our firm, you will be guiding candidates to next career steps within Financial Services, Risk Management, Compliance, Engineering and other industries.

Your day will consist of:

• Building relationships: regularly consulting clients and candidates, to ensure their recruitment needs are met
• Candidate engagement: screen CVs, communicate and interview candidates to establish position suitability
• Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high quality professionals globally
• Research: Generating new business through business development
• Negotiating T&Cs, salary and consulting rates
• Hitting/surpassing targets to earn commission

• Competitive base salary - 1000 EUR NET
• Uncapped commission (1st year on target earnings – 30,000 EUR/Annually)
