Junior Sales Representative

Smart factory is a subsidiary of Ortho Baltic. It is one of the largest Additive manufacturing and Quality inspection hubs in the Baltic region, last year we had 75% growth, and from a 5-year perspective, we are aiming to become one of the TOP 5 3D printing providers in Europe. Responsibilities:

• Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and emailing.
• Organise and do presentations on the company and its services.
• Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their needs and requirements.
• Run, monitor, and constantly improve outbound research campaigns to potential B2B customers using a data-driven sales methodology.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Full-time, no prior experience needed.
• Flawless communication skills - both written and oral.
• Have excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Intelligent and adaptable, able to collate information quickly.
• Able to overcome objections and rejection.
• Motivated to learn new skills, and progress your career.
