Junior SAP Rating and Charging Specialist (SAP CC)

SAP Rating and Charging Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation and after go-live maintenance of SAP Convergent Charging module. SAP CC specialist will facilitate creation and maintenance of rating and charging plans, be responsible for configuration and testing of the solution as well as preparation of technical and functional documentation.

Your responsibilities:
• #Design and #develop charging and rating plans in #SAP #CC solution (decision trees logic);
• #Test charging and rating processes within SAP CC functionality based on test scripts;
• Document SAP CC solution configuration as well as prepare training material for key users;
• #Execute other assigned tasks within a structured project environment in various project work streams;
• Contribute for completeness and quality of functional design.

• Understanding of #ITSM discipline and #ITIL principles, implementation methods and tools;
• Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills;
• Presentation and written #communication skills;
• Ability to learn fast, be self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented;
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and good listening skills;
• Ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.

Additional qualifications:
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a priority);
• Experience with Telco processes;
• Understanding SAP BRIM solution.
