What You’ll Do:

• Assist in troubleshooting issues and provide timely technical support to our team.
• Participate in the documentation of systems and support procedures.
• Help manage backups, security updates, and patches to ensure our environment is secure.
• Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, from implementation to completion.
• Learn from senior IT professionals and develop your skills in system administration.

Who You Are:

• A problem-solver at heart with a keen interest in IT and system administration.
• Familiar with operating systems like Windows, Linux, or MacOS.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work in a team environment and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience a plus but not required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a system administration role or a similar technical position (internships count!).
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals are a plus but not required.
